ROBERT PANTRY
Co-Founder & Head Brewer
With over a decade of bartending experience in Bermudan I have often been asked the question, 'Would you recommend any good local breweries?' In short, my answer would simply be, 'No.'
I realized that really good local beer was something our island was missing some years ago, and I began formulating an idea for'Bermuda's Beer' - something we could be proud of, something bartenders would actually recommend. I decided I would take it upon myself to create it, and began home brewing around 2016. I was hooked from the first brew.
In 2018 I left Bermuda for London, in hopes of working any position I could find in a commercial brewery. I hit the ground running in the city, knocking on doors and sending emails to every craft brewery I could. After a month of little success, I finally received a phone call from Adrian Thomas offering me an opportunity as a Brewers Assistant at Belleville Brewing Company.
My experience at Belleville was all I could have asked for, and more. It was a small brewery, with a 20 barrel (2000 liter) brewhouse and only Adrian and myself brewing the beer. After the first month I was responsible for brews on my own, as Adrian would often leave the brewery to handle other aspects of the business, which was rapidly expanding. Soon after he hired another brewing trainee and together the three of us brewed, talked, and drank everything craft beer for the following two years. I learned more in that time than I ever imagined, and although I was sad to leave, it was time for me to bring my new-found knowledge home and put it into action.
ZANDER DILL

Bermudian born and raised I am passionate about the water, boating and beer! I have spent the majority of my working life in the charter boat industry including taking over and running the Restless Native Catamaran back in 2014 and growing the business into one of the most successful charter operations on the island.
While my career up to this point has been in boating, brewing has always been a passion of mine as it has been a part of my family for as long as I can remember.
My godfather started North Rock Brewing company which was one of the first brewpubs in Bermuda. My dad worked with him for a number of years as a brewer and growing up we would often have kegs of fresh craft beer on tap at family parties and holidays!
This of course inspired me start brewing for myself, which I began in my college days and have been doing ever since. I always saw it as a hobby until recent world events made it clear I can’t always rely on tourism and it was time to diversify and focus on my other passion!
My wife is originally from Germany so having spent a month or two a year over there for the past ten years, I have really expanded my knowledge of German Brewing styles, techniques and ingredients. It has also lead me to discover my favourite beer style, Helles. Something I have been working hard to recreate here in Bermuda over the last few years.
Not only I am bringing my Helles to the team but also my proven skill and knowledge on running a successful, profitable business.
